“If you don’t make the time to work on creating the life you want, you’re eventually going to be forced to spend a LOT of time dealing with a life you don’t want.” Kevin NGO
What do you talk about in a life coaching session?
Coaching sessions are customized and tailored to your goals, what you want to get out of the coaching. Coaching can include addressing personal relationships, business, communication effectiveness, self-esteem, confidence, productivity, passion re-discovery, goal setting, habits, and behavior; in other words, you are coached to be the best and most satisfied You.
Your coaching sessions will gradually reveal what’s holding you back in any area of life. Through the sessions with your coach, you will find out what you need to do to get over obstacles, or simply how to raise your level of satisfaction and success.
Sessions are done either by phone or zoom.
How is coaching different from therapy?

Although life coaching and therapy can complement each other, life coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses more on the present and future. Therapy often concentrates more on the past.
Both life coaching and therapy involve guidance and support but life coaching places more emphasis on developing strategic actions to help you move forward. Coaching does not attempt to explain behaviors, delve deeply into your past, or identify pathology.
What is your coaching style?

As your coach, it is my mission to create an environment in which you feel safe, supported, understood, appreciated, and empowered to challenge yourself.
My coaching style has been described as direct, non-judgmental, empathetic, engaging, eye-opening, and even loving; and at the same time, nudging you out of your comfort zones - always with your agreement, and at your pace.
Are you stopped by thinking that you should be able to do this on your own?
We look to experts in all areas of life; teachers, mechanics, doctors, sports coaches, website designers, marketing gurus, psychologists, etc. Why should this be different?

If the answer was simply in information, we’d all be exactly where we wanted. Clearly there is a gap between where you are and where you want to be. Life Coaching is often intangible work; an inside job, that teaches you new perspectives, behaviors, ways of thinking, ways of operating in life that produce the level of satisfaction and ease that most of us long for – personally, and professionally.
How long does coaching take?

This is a very personal decision. There are no long-term commitments. For some people it is beneficial to engage weekly while for others it may be every two weeks or a mix of both. We
co-design this process. You can leave at any time.
